Established in 1995, Guanghi Optical Instrument Co., Ltd. is a joint stock China russian night vision manufactuer and designer engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of a wide variety of Optical Instrument and products. Our products are widely applied in the education of students, research in lab, entertainment and science explore. LOMO stands for Leningradskoye Optiko Mechanichesckoye Obyedinenie (Lenigrad Optical & Mechanical Enterprise). For more than 80 years LOMO has designed and manufactured optical devices for various applications. Beginning with its foundation in 1914 LOMO was largest optical device manufacturer for Russian Army. Times have changed and now LOMO works not only for military and space programs but also for science and industry and for the consumer productsmarket. The design of the viewer consists of an objective lens, an eyepiece, a housing witn a built-in illuminator and a brightness amplifier which includes an electro-optical transducer, a converter and a voltage multiplier. The eyepiece design provides the diopter setting according to the observer's eye. The viewer's principle of operation is based on the thousands times intensification of the radiation luminous from the observed object with the use of the electro-optical transducer.

Scientific-engineering center "Lasers in the ecology, medicine and technology (LEMT) " was based in June 1992 as a result of reorganization of one of the subdivisions of Belorussian optical-mechanical Enterprice (BELOMO). BELOMO is a major opto-mechanical assembly plant of the former USSR and Belarus now. It is a designer and manufacturer of lasers, optoelectronics and optomechanical instruments. The objective lens forms the optical image on the electro-optical transducer cathode.
Due to the radiation the photoelectron emission occurs; the number of photoelectrons in each point of the cathode is proportional to its illumination.
The electro-optical transducer focusing system directs and accelerates the photoelectronic flux for account of the potential difference between the photocathode and the screen, and forms an electronic image.
On the luminescent screen the electronic image is converted into the visual image of the observed terrain which is viewed through the eyepiece.
